Job Description

 Non-conformity treatment

o Treat quality non-conformity events in the manufacturing line

o Close quality rework sheets

o Animate regularly the communication around the non-conformity

o Ensure the interface between SafranAE Suzhou and engineering / quality in

SafranAE in France

 Quality investigation / non quality analyze

o Analyze of the causes of scrap, recurrent anomalies and customer's complaint

o Contribute to define corrective actions to improve the quality of the products

o Set-up and update the indicators necessary to follow the quality of production

o Be a driving force in the continuous improvement implementation of the

manufacturing line

 DVI (Industrial validation of processes)

o Treat and validate quality the process changes

 Audit / surveillance

o Realization of audits in the workshop

Job Requirements

 Education:

o Bachelor degree majoring in mechanical engineering or other related

 Technical skills:

o Mechanics and material knowledge

 Other skills:

o Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit

o Competency of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques,

including management and planning tools, lean & 6 sigma, quality tools (5 why,

8D, fishbone diagram, etc.), preventive and corrective actions.

o Six sigma green belt project experience is a plus.

o Good at MS office use

o Good oral and written communication skills with English.
