Purchase Coordinator (m/w/d)
unlimited – full time – 40 hour contract

Your mission:
In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our cutting-edge helicopter
engine operations, ensuring we have the right materials at the right time to power innovation in
aviation.
Your tasks in detail:
• Processing purchase orders
• Researching and negotiating with suppliers
• Ensuring timely deliveries
• Conduct market research
• Analyze quotations and prepare reports to optimize cost savings
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure compliance with policies
• Continuously improve our Purchase processes
• Support purchasing projects and troubleshoot issues as they arise
What You Bring With You:
• Finished apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent German and Englisch skills, written and spoken
• Proficiency in O365 and SAP
• Advanced contract knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Teamplayer mindset with readiness to share knowledge and expertise across functional boundaries
