Your Mission:
As our future a Purchase Administrator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for buying products that are essential for our company's day-to-day operation. You will be in charge of researching and evaluating suppliers based on different criteria: price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, supplier's reputation and history. You will purchase requisitions for goods & services, prepare and solicit request for quotations as well as creating and maintaining good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
Your Tasks in Detail:
• Order Management: Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
• Internal Communication: Act as the main contact for internal inquiries about delivery dates and order status
• Invoice Validation: Validate invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Supplier Evaluation: Assist in selecting and evaluating suppliers
• Market Analysis: Conduct market and price analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Process Improvement: Help implement improvements in purchasing processes for greater efficiency

Job Requirements
What You Bring With You:
• Up to 3 years of experiences acquired through internships or jobs in a purchase department.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and requirements
• Experience in contract negotiations with internal and external suppliers
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
• Motivation to work in the purchasing department of an international company
• Familiarity with ERP system (SAP preferred), experiences with BI are beneficial
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
