Job Description
• Validate customer requirement
• Establish, manage and maintain Quality Assurance Plans and related procedures, followed by obtaining needed approvals.
• Participate in defining the Program Management Plan (PMP). Support program manager
• Actively participate in all aspects of program gate reviews (internal and external) ensuring compliance of program deliverables. (APQP, One Safran Methodology) and contribute to validating APQP.
• Meets regularly with Customer to review problem solving, transfer of works, APQP/PPAP progress and approvals, monthly performance reports, project risk assessments.
• Coordinate quality program activities with quality engineers and supplier quality engineers and other departments throughout the project.
• Monitor non conformities analysis and relevant actions and communicate with customers on quality events and drive to eliminate reoccurrence.
• Establish Quality Improvement Plans and coordinate KPI, results and updates both internally and externally.
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
• Other duties may be assigned.
Complementary Description
Building and maintaining efficient and robust governance with customers on Quality aspects, during development and sustaining phases of various programs by being the preferred contact for customers and supporting the appropriate program manager and internal project team on these points.

• Excellent PC and MS office Skills
• Rigor, organization skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines,
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in Quality Tools and Methods (e.g.8D, QRQC, APQP, Control Plan, SPC
• Project Management/Team leader experience

• Some travel required (approximately 5%)
