The Program Management Intern, supporting the Program Administration Team, is responsible for providing the tools and reports necessary to support selective aspects of a project from proposal stage to completed program.
In the role of Program Management Intern, you'll play a pivotal part on our Program Management team. The Program Management Intern will be responsible for:

Entering customer orders
·
Maintaining schedules / sheets in Excel or TEAMS
·
Enter and manage shipping and billing information
·
Support internal and customer meetings as requested
·
Light catering duties (supporting)
·
Supporting Program Manager special taskings
·
Tracking status of parts for customers

The ideal internship candidate will possess the following skills:

Proficiency with Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel required
·
Experience with using Sharepoint and/or TEAMS desired but not mandatory
·
Experience with other online collaboration tools like Trello, Smartsheets, or Jira also helpful in lieu of this
·
Organization, good listening skills, and attention-to-detail
·
Experience or knowledge with receipt of purchase orders desired but not mandatory
