Job Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient use of resources. This role involves supervising production staff, coordinating workflows, resolving issues, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred) or relevant work experience.

Proven experience as a production supervisor or in a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
