Join Us as a Production Maintenance & Support Services Manager
In this pivotal leadership role, you'll shape the performance, reliability and compliance of the technical resources that keep our production running. Leading both Maintenance and Support Services teams, you'll maximise equipment capability, secure safe and compliant operations, and drive down maintenance-related losses. Your work will directly support delivery, quality, cost performance and customer satisfaction—making you a key contributor to our site's industrial performance and long‑term transformation.
What you'll be doing
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance engineers, technicians and support services staff, fostering a culture of safety, problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Run daily QRQC routines to review safety events, performance metrics and equipment issues, assigning clear actions and escalating when needed.
• Define and deliver the site maintenance strategy, balancing corrective, preventive and predictive activities, and managing the annual maintenance budget.
• Improve equipment reliability through robust asset management, preventive plans, root cause analysis and coordination with engineering teams.
• Oversee production support services—including calibration and tooling management—to ensure full regulatory and customer compliance.
Candidate skills & requirements
What you'll bring
• Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in engineering and significant experience in manufacturing, maintenance or industrial support.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change and improve performance across safety, delivery, quality and cost.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and delegation skills, with the confidence to manage multiple activities in parallel.
• Solid understanding of industrial performance metrics, CMMS systems, and fact based decision making.
• Experience in TPM/Lean, structured problem solving, and working within regulated industrial environments, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
