Reporting directly to the Production Manager , you will be responsible for all manufacturing activities .

In this scope, you will manage a manufacturing team and will be in charge of managing some longer term projects across the business.

What will I be doing ?

Your objectives and Missions:

•Manage your team with the aim of meeting objectives for safety, quality, costs and delivery, in line with customer requirements.

•Improve performance within your scope of responsibility

•Ensuring the accessibility and quality of data in the sector.

•Ensuring compliance of all production, processes and the correct application of all directives (Part 145 regulations, HSE, etc.)

•Ensuring the required transformations and change management in line with CSS global requirements

•Guaranteeing a safe environment of work and lead any necessary actions to ensure safety of your team

•Identifying training needs, defining training initiatives to ensure the development of the team, and contributing to employee career management.

•Promoting innovation and support innovative initiative

Organize the activity:

• Maintaining a working environment that complies with HSE requirements and ensuring the safety of the teams working under your responsibility

• Implementing the guidelines and objectives of the Repair Station or Production Manager for your scope of responsibility into SQCDP (Safety – Quality – Cost – Delivery – People) operational objectives in line with other Production Line Managers.

• Ensuring that products are repaired in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer order requirements within the set deadlines and costs

• Managing and planning the resources around a workload / capacity tool in terms of resources and staff (quantities and competencies).

• Managing the skills and training of the teams to guarantee the quality of operations

• Ensuring Team members training and efficiency on time clocking rules, and clocking accuracy

• Supporting internal and Customers training in line with the training department within CSS

Manage the performance:

• Monitoring the performance indicators of the repair production lines, leading the associated reporting and developing any action and mitigation plans to support the performance

Candidate skills & requirements

What do you need from me?

We are looking for candidates with a background as a Production Manager or Team Leader, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a strong advantage.

Previous exposure to inventory management processes is also a plus.
