Job description

The Production Engineer of CNC production is responsible for optimizing the manufacturing system of existing products in the plant. He also cooperates with the Manufacturing Engineer and Industrialize Engineer to support the industrialization of new items. The Production Engineer is responsible to ensure the strict application of the company standards (Quality System, EH&S, HR…) during the performance of his activities.

·  Engineering Excellence

Prepare manufacturing processes for new products and engineering changes.

Design and optimize production line layouts for maximum efficiency and space utilization.

Develop and validate assembly tools, fixtures, and semi/fully automated systems.

·  Quality & Process Control

Implement lean manufacturing principles: QRQC ,VSM, One-piece Flow, Pull System, 5S+1.

Collaborate with QC to maintain product quality and reduce defects( RCCA ).

·  Team Leadership & Development ( AI & Manufacturing )

Build a strong engineering team culture focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Train production teams on new technologies, standard work methods, and product knowledge.

Apply AI and smart technologies to monitor, analyze, and improve production performance.

Use data-driven, process optimization, and quality control.

·  Reporting & Strategic Impact

Provide regular summary reports and recommendations to APU Manager

Identify improvement projects, assess feasibility, and lead implementation.

Ensure all activities align with safety, environmental, and compliance standards.

Candidate skills & requirements

1 Completed education of not below Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ,Electrical Engineer, Industrial Engineering or any related field.

2 2-3 years of metal manufacturing process as a minimum.

3 Team player with strong written and oral communication skills

4 Good knowledge of milling process with CNC machines and/or manufacturing sheet metal parts (folding, welding, chemical treatment, assembly).

5 Having basic knowledge of SOLID WORKS and/or AUTOCAD.

6 Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and their implementation is an advantage.

7 Good command of both spoken and written English.

8 Respect team work.
