Job description

Analyse MRP/ERP procurement requirements according to production plan

 Place Purchase Orders (PO) according to ERP requirement

 Manage daily communication with supplier

 Manage PO changes, as such as Expedite/De-expedite

 Ensure PO accordance with procurement rules and policy (lot size, lead-time, price, currency, unit…)

 Issue procurement related KPIs (On time delivery, Procurement Lead Time, In progress activities, etc)

He is able to understand purchasing policies and rules.

He will be part of progress intiative and should propose options to improve procurement conditions.

Candidate skills & requirements

Professional Skills

 Fluent in English

 Basic software skills & Good knowledge on MS Excel

 Basic knowledge in Supply Chain

 Good communication behavior

 SAP  Behavioral Skills
