Job description
Getting to know the product and production processes
Responsibility for one or more production processes (gluing, mechanical assembly, assembly of electrical systems, painting, grinding, decorating, tightening process, final product testing)
Implementation and optimization of existing or newly transferred production processes
Possible trips abroad to Safran production plants in Europe
Collaboration with foreign colleagues
Design, implementation and improvement of production processes for the assigned product line in cooperation with other departments (quality, HSE, construction)
Design and implementation of new technologies
Active cooperation on development and strategic projects
Setting and maintaining process parameters
Active cooperation in solving production problems according to the QRQC methodology
Eliminating and preventing production defects in cooperation with the quality department
Effective search for savings in production processes, active participation in reducing costs and efficiency of production processes, including savings calculations and calculations
Cooperation in preparing investments for equipment and technology in cooperation with the industrial technology development department
Candidate skills & requirements
Secondary or university education in a technical field (Mechanical or electrical engineering is an advantage)
Internship in a manufacturing company in a similar position is an advantage
Orientation in drawing documentation, technical standards, process improvement methodologies (5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and process KPIs (efficiency, process capability, ...)
General orientation in production processes and creation of work procedures and instructions
English language at a communicative level is a requirement
Driver's license group B, active driver, willingness to travel between the Rokycany - Plzeň plants
Willingness to go on business trips abroad
User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Independence, communication skills, ability to cooperate in a team and present results
Willingness to learn new things
