Job description

1． Polish workpieces in strict accordance with work instructions.

严格按照作业指导书对工件进行抛光处理。

2． Strictly according to the company's quality standards for production, authorized production, DA declaration, etc.

严格按照公司质量规范进行生产，授权生产，DA 申报 等等

3． Perform product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process.

认真执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下个工序

4． Produce according to the production rhythm (standard time) to ensure production output.

按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量

5． Perform daily self-inspection (AM) of polishing machine and inspection tools.

认真执行每天抛光机和检验工具的自检（AM）

6． Adhere to the daily 5S cleaning and organizing

坚持每天的5S清洁整理

7． Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader, foreman and supervisor.

执行组长领班主管指派的其他任务

Candidate skills & requirements

1． 1-2 years of experience in robotic machining of precision parts.

有1-2年从事精密零部件操作机器人加工经验

2． Can read drawings

可以阅读图纸

3． Know how to use general measuring instruments, such as: percent gauge, micrometer, altimeter, etc.

会使用一般测量仪器，如：百分表，千分尺，高度仪等

4． Work conscientiously and abide by the company's discipline

工作认真，遵守公司纪律

5． Good quality consciousness and teamwork

良好质量意识和团队合作

6． Able to work three shifts, hard-working, work initiative

能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动

7． Mechanical processing secondary school or high school education or above
