Job description

Issue production planning for relevant production line with required accuracy level;

• Create Shop order in accordance with planning and manage shop order until shipment of finished goods;

• Monitor production performance regarding planning adherence, efficiency and material consumption;

• Support production line supervisor for material request to warehouse and time clocking corrections

• Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow

HSE norms as applicable.

• Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices

• Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow

• Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training

• Contribute continuous improvement ideas to HSE program and risk assessments

• Engage and actively support the HSE initiatives and encourage others to involve

• Ensure all the team members are trained, aware and strictly adhere to all HSE procedures/policies/ practices

• Implement/support and respect all HSE initiatives including HSE standards, GPI's, Risk assessments, audit

actions, training/awareness sessions conducted by authorized personnel and other related HSE topics

• Initiate analysis of accidents/incidents or potential risk situation and implement appropriate actions to mitigate

and avoid recurrence

• Serve as custodian for safe work practices, Perform HSE prevention plan for onsite service providers

Candidate skills & requirements

Professional Skills

• Fluent in English

• Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (method,

procurement, scheduling, production follow-up) and relevant tools

• Basic software skills & Good knowledge on MS Excel

• Good communication behavior
