Planning Coordinator

Shifts (Early & Late alternate weeks)

Overview:
Support the Planning Department as Required, providing administrative and
transactional support as well as providing short-term cover for planning leave and sickness.

Skills required:
-To Be a Self-Disciplined Team Player
- Raise Production Orders in Line with MPS/MRP
- Raise Internal Rework Orders
- Investigate MRP Anomalies
- Print Production Order Job Packs
- Print Drawings
- Undertake Progress Chasing activities
- Maintain a safe environment for yourself and colleagues in accordance with the
Company's Health and Safety policy
- Undertake any Such duties considered reasonable to support the business

What You'll Bring:
- Understanding of basic MRP/ERP planning principles - Essential
- Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment - Essential
- IT literacy with strong Excel and data handling skills - Essential
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organised - Essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Essential
- Experience with ERP systems (M3 preferred) - Desirable
- Awareness of Lean/CI tools or QRQC methodology - Desirable
- Interest in pursuing APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent qualification - Desirable
- Experience with PowerBI - Desirable
