As a PDS Team Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing a US team involved in PDS (Product Digital Solutions) activities and in collaboration with PDS remote managers, business referents, and the global IS/IT Team, ensuring efficiency and timeliness while contributing to a more sustainable world.
This position contributes to our vision by:
o Manage a portfolio of small to medium application projects
o Capture business needs and write functional specifications.
o Organizes, along with other service centers management, propose a solution and along with the associated budget (Workload and CAPEX/OPEX) to answer Business needs;
o Submits project proposals to management for validation;
o Test and validate the solutions prior business validation and solution deployment
o Handle project framing, including defining business needs, budget, and planning.
o Oversee risk management and lead workshops, project team meetings, and steering committees.
o Coordinate and follow-up IS, IT, and business activities
o Address deviations and develop recovery plans
o Lead the deployment of solutions and enforce SEP project methodology.
o Defines and implements his/her own project dashboards;
o Is responsible and accountable for project budgets, planning and quality;
o Ensures and controls project deliverables are compliance with customer and management expectations and specifications;
o Manages communication to project team and stakeholders;
o Interfaces with PDS remote managers, Business referents, worldwide IS & IT team
o Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
o Regular, predictable attendance is required;
o Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements
At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Programming background
• 3-5 years of Team Management experience
• Certifications such as PMP and ITIL are preferred
