Job description
Job Summary
Based on COMAC C919 FAL, you will work within the team assigned to the COMAC assembly line to provide technical support on all products delivered by Safran Cabin for cabin outfitting.
You will work on Safran Cabin products to restore them to compliance in accordance with the fundamentals of trade, and applicable standards at Safran Cabin and at the customer's site with best practices.
Main Responsibilities
For each intervention to be performed, whose list will have been defined during the daily team meeting:
• Collect the necessary documentation framing the intervention (NCR disposition, work procedures/Rework Instructions, etc.) from your leader and/or Safran home base.
• Be able to independently carry out required interventions on Safran Cabin products.
• Manage the warehouse for safety stock when needed.
• Receive the NC report from customer and archiving.
• Prepare replacement parts from the warehouse and send them to the service area
• Retrieve tools and consumables in the FAL logistics area allocated to the program concerned.
• Leave the area clean and free of debris and perform a complete inventory of your tools, parts, and consumables (FOD).
• Coordinate with the station manager for the intervention.
• Inspect the rework and stamp on the rework record before submitting it to customer.
• You will close the non-conformity in the internal traceability tool CRM.
• You will return removed parts to the quarantine area, ensuring correct completion of the rejection label.
• Join customer's incoming inspection, take photos before and after unpacking. Archiving the photos in OSS share folder.
• Be trained in various rework techniques, both general and specific, relevant to their scope of activities (e.g., cosmetic touch-ups, insert installation, torque tightening, adjustment/replacement/assembly of parts).
• Know the specificities of the program on which they operate (Safran Cabin product, Home Base organization if applicable).
• Responsible for investigating the liability for the non-conformities.
• Place the part order to home base when needed for the rework.

Basic Requirement
The position requires good technical skills, discipline, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to work as part of a team.
As a direct interface with the customer and representative of the company on-site, the Operator must consistently display exemplary appearance and behavior. Ideally capable of communicating in Chinese, the technical support staff should be able to explain to the customer the work performed, if necessary.
The position requires great flexibility and availability. The Technical support staff must be able to withstand pressure, both internal and external, and remain calm under all circumstances to ensure optimal communication.
