The Operations SAP Key User is responsible for having complete knowledge of the operation and the SAP System flow.

He/ She is in charge of being the main contact with operations and support areas, including other key users, if there are any doubts or errors in the system or in the process. He/ She will have contact internally and externally, with the different leaders or process owners, with the objective to review or define new scopes, and also, share all of these changes or information with all the involved people in SAESA.

Another duty for this position is to have common contact with support areas, to analyze data to generate indicators, to understand, and to review SAP workflows and how the information in the different phases flows.

Specific knowledge about the Operation and SAP process.

Analyze and escalate errors or doubts in the system.

Feedback to leaders and the main involved roles when it detects the root cause.

Participation in different sessions about SAP topics with different leaders or teams in the Safran Network.

Help different teams to analyze information or SAP flows to create or automate indicators.

If there are any errors or issues that this role cannot address, he/ she will need to escalate these issues to the technical field.
