Opis stanowiska

-Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from international Material and Processes teams, PSE, Customer Support, Design, Technology and Quality teams at various stages of the Safran Aircraft Engines product lifecycle – development & aftermarket, in service & MRO.

-Formal responding to customer queries within very tight schedules, e.g. Aircraft on Ground.

-Preparing technical analyses in response to inquiries from customers regarding after-sales technical support. Analyzing requests from MRO shops and airlines concerning LEAP and CFM engine components.

-Coordinating and allocating tasks within the engineering team, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

-Tracking, documenting, visualizing, and reporting team activities and progress using digital tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

-Supporting planning and prioritization of technical tasks for team members, using basic project management and planning tools.

-Developing contacts with other SAFRAN entities to improve and integrate best practices.

-Promoting lean, continuous improvement, quality, safety and customer orientation within the organization.

Wymagania i oczekiwania wobec kandydata

-The purpose of the role is to provide indirect support for Safran Aircraft Engines customers and to develop and coordinate repair processes, with a focus on materials and special process analysis.

-We are looking for people "hands-on" on substantive issues as well as people who think out of the box.

-3+ years' experience with aerospace technical documentation (in MRO or manufacturing)

-Good understanding of aircraft engine structure and principles

-Hands-on with aviation maintenance/service documentation

-Master's in a technical field

-Experience as Customer Support, Repair, or Materials & Processes Engineer (or similar)

-Analytical mindset, high quality focus, ability to meet tight deadlines

-Coordination and allocation of activities in collaboration with Customer Support Front Office

-Planning and tracking of tasks

-Use of basic project management/planning tools

-English proficiency (B2)

-Teamwork, self-motivation, proactivity, and good decision-making

-Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop

Optional

-Familiarity with EMM, AMM, or similar OEM manuals

-Visualization and reporting with Power BI and Power Automate (experience is a plus, willingness to learn required)

-Language: French
