In the role of material Clerk II you'll play a pivotal part on our Logistics Department team.

This position contributes to our vision by:

Working in the Logistics Department and will be responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing, packaging, and shipping parts in a timely manner. Works in a team environment participating in continuous improvement activities.

•Requires experience in material handling

•Conducts routine tasks as directed

•Limited supervision position

•Works in receiving and perform necessary tasks to receive parts in timely manner

•Stocks parts in the appropriate locations after applying identification labels and fills back orders

•Kits parts from stockroom locations for variety of work orders.

•Performs part receipt and issue transactions in ERP System

•Accurately counts parts if assigned to the cycle count team and enters the cycle count results in ERP System and investigates the variances.

•Packages parts for shipping process and perform shipping transactions

•Delivers parts to specified locations within the company premises

•Accurately counts parts if assigned to the cycle count team.

•Delivers parts to specified locations within the company premises

•Keeps assigned areas organized and clean

•Performs other duties as assigned

The expected salary range for this position is between $XX,000 - $XXX,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or experience/knowledge as determined by management.

Experience: 3 years working experience in a Material Clerk or equivalent position

Computer Skills:

•Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Typing

Other Skills:

•Effective oral and written communication skills

•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail

•Problem-solving, well-organized, detail oriented, and accurate.

•Must possess basic Math skills and be able to comprehend varying units of measure

•Must be able to train other personnel in a variety of tasks performed

•Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and take the initiative

•Basic understanding of repair processes

•Ability to read, comprehend written and process specification documents
