We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Manufacturing Engineering team as a Manufacturing Engineering Project Coordinator – Assemblies at our Burnley site.:

Support the development, rate increase, industrialisation and sustainment of the manufacturing processes to meet the requirements of HSE, quality, cost and delivery.:
Working closely with the Manufacturing Engineering & other
Key aspects of the job will include;
• Assist in the definition of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure feasibility of the plan.
• Through project & capacity planning, manage Manufacturing Engineer's priorities and schedules taking into consideration business needs .
• Define, lead & chair a set governance schedule to review & report all plans & action trackers ensuring on time & on cost delivery, identifying & escalating risks where required.

Candidate skills & requirements

The ideal candidate has the ability to define, manage & work within a project plan & team, have good written and verbal communication skills & able to communicate at all levels of the business. Demonstrable ability to coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of technical documentation control.
• Proven competency in organising multi-faceted documentation portfolios.
• Experience of data extraction from mainstream electronic information systems.
• Good awareness of the typical Tooling/Manufacturing Engineering activities and associated data content.
• Demonstrable experience of timely task delivery to support programme requirements.
• Promoter of product and process integrity through accurate and reliable information management.
• Ability to work independently when supporting industrialisation processes.
• Take a proactive approach to process knowledge to evolve awareness of technical documentation.
• Effect change by influencing operational teams to adopt the developed lean foundations and ensure these are sustained at handover.
