Job Description

根据图纸，流程和技术要求（包括 set up,产品、刀具安装）进行机加工操作；

运用量具控制产品质量，确保产品符合技术要求；如发现异常状况，采取相应措施，填写质量控制文件；

数控车床与加工中心2年以上操作经验，能按照图纸进行零件加工及检查；

正确操作机床及机床保养，并能独立操作、调机，看懂并理解程序；

能熟练读图并能准确理解图纸中的尺寸公差与形位公差；

对材料、刀具及加工参数有较深认识；

正确使用相关量具并能精确自检；

正确使用相关的刀具、夹具等；

熟悉Siemens 操作系统；

具有3年以上精密零件加工经验者优先；
