Job Description
Responsible for planning and coordinating all the necessary activities for the efficient development of the transportation executing the shipments of the company, as well as requesting the necessary resources to comply with the payment of duties and tax requirements related to the merchandise to be exported or imported. Main responsible for the elaboration of the customs paperwork to keep a correct control of the import and export files, acting as a channel of communication and direct contact with customers and / or internal and / or external suppliers of the organization in order to verify, resolve or otherwise make questions, solve or otherwise ask questions about everything related to shipments and / or deliveries of goods both nationally and internationally developing a high communication skills in order to achieve effective monitoring of shipments keeping them aware at all times thus ensuring compliance with trade regulations, international treaties, decrees, rules, laws and regulations applicable to foreign trade based on the analysis and solution of operational problems in a multidisciplinary environment.

Planning and coordinate the delivery of goods in a timely manner (Import and Export).
·
Care of export promotion programs and foreign trade certifications.
·
Preparation of customs files preserving the documentary and operational quality of the shipments.
·
Handling of quotations for international and/or domestic freight.
·
Customs clearance follow-up.
·
Incoterms interpretation.
·
Feeding the databases of the logistics operation team's indicators.
·
Support to the team with the commercial team and payments to preserve the expenses generated by traffic and customs operations.
·
Supervise the correct application of rates according to the quoted price.
·
Ensure the correct import and export of goods on behalf of the company.
·
Promote continuous improvement in the team by supporting PDCA, DMAIC or KAIZEN projects.
·
Elaboration of internal company formats and procedures.
·
Provide support to the area coordinator for bids to be carried out in specific periods.
·
Support for compliance with Authorized Economic Operator certification requirements.
·
Management and notification of discrepancies in the import and export operation.
·
Support for internal audits in foreign trade matters.
·
Providing information to the corresponding areas to carry out necessary reports
