Supervise and manage, as applicable to the area under supervision, the technical and human resources for the shipment, reception, delivery, handling, storage and inventory control of all types of material, ensuring coherence between physical, documentary and system in order to meet the company's objectives by facilitating effective coordination with support areas.

Follow up on the priorities in the area's activities, anticipate the required actions and ensure that the material is available on time and correctly to comply with the delivery plan, keeping the work team's activities in line with to the quality system, production plan and safety guidelines.

Perfil solicitado

Supervise, lead and manage the roles, processes, tasks and resources of the personnel to ensure daily, weekly and monthly activities, workload and priorities are assigned according to the delivery plan.

Ensure and optimize inventory in accordance with the corporate objective, as applicable to the area under supervision (reliability of records, status in system, resolution of discrepancies, stock levels, sale, removal of obsolete material, management of rotables, compliance with the cycle counting plan as applicable to the type of material, traceability, documentation, return to supplier, local scrap, etc.).

Ensure effective communication and cooperation with other areas to achieve common objectives and provide adequate attention and support to internal suppliers and clients.

Organize, implement and promote innovations and improvements to processes to reduce time and cost, as well as implement preventive and corrective actions to problems generated in the area.

Develop, measure and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of opportunities with respect to objectives, define an action plan and make corrections to achieve objectives.

Control and ensure the key characteristics of the material inventory under responsibility (shelf life, preservation, handling, packaging, criticality for the production plan, associated documentation, traceability, etc.).

Develop, update and ensure capacitation and on-the-job training of personnel according to the required skills and responsibilities.

Control order, cleanliness, quality and safety in the workplace.

Ensure adherence to processes, internal policies and requirements of clients, OEM, and authorities.

Responsible for internal and external audits in the area.
