Job description
Au sein de notre service Support Client de notre Division et rattaché au responsable Support Engineering, l‘ingénieur RETEX est en charge d'animer le processus Retex (retour d'expérience) :
Correction et validation des fiches incidents
Calcul de la fiabilité opérationnelle des équipements, et du suivi des potentiels rétrofits
Rédaction et présentation des rapports de fiabilité
Capter les signaux faibles
Analyse détaillée des causes d'incidents sur les équipements faisant l'objet de nombreux retours ou à la fiabilité opérationnelle inférieure à celle garantie
Participation aux différents projets d'amélioration continue et à l'administration des outils de traitement de la donnée
L'ingénieur Retex est en interface avec les différents intervenants internes et externe, dont notamment :
Atelier MRO
Product Support Engineer
Responsable programme
Responsable client RETEX

Issu d'une formation Bac+5 école d'ingénieur généraliste et/ou aéronautique, vous disposez:
D'un sens accru du service au client et du respect des engagements
D'une rigueur, d'un esprit de synthèse et d'un bon relationnel
D'une maitrise des technologies et techniques de base en électronique et en mécanique
D'une bonne maitrise des outils de bureautique en particulier Excel et du gout pour le traitement de données.
