Job Description

Développer la maitrise des procédés de fabrication en apportant des innovations sur les méthodes de production

Identifier, proposer et réaliser des projets d'amélioration

Participer dans le déploiement de la démarche Safran Analyser la performance des procédés et identifier les solutions adaptées

Supporter la qualification de nouveaux procédés

Piloter et participer aux projets d'amélioration (lean-sigma, One Safran,innovation participative …)

Supporter la mise en production de nouveaux projets

Coacher les pilotes des projets DMAIC (après certification GreenBelt)

Participer à l'élaboration des budgets des projets d'amélioration

Proposer les investissements nécessaires et les justifier (ROI)
