This position will be responsible for the support and management of projects related to the Industrial systems function of the Industrial engineering group of 3 facilities of Safran evacuation systems. The Industrial Systems engineering group defines and ensures the sustainability and support of industrial applications and business processes for methods teams
Main Objectives:
• Coordinate and implement new solutions for the Industrial Engineering Group to maintain methods continuity across the company and factory levels, working with cross-functional teams in New Jersey, Mississippi, and Mexico.
• Define, implement, and optimize digital tools, standards, and processes used by industrial engineering and production for the definition, validation, control, and optimization of industrialization activities.
• Ensure the functional and technical consistency of industrial business data flows across upstream and downstream systems (PLM, ERP, CAD, QA, EHS, etc.)
• Support three facilities (NJ, MS, Mexico) in the collection, consolidation, and management of global capacity reporting related to similar equipment and production spaces.
• Guarantee compliance with FAA, Aviation customer, and Safran corporate standards for all Industrial engineering functions.
• Lead the management and improvement of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) processes at a business unit level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards for all industrial engineering functions through knowledge management and department manual updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the capabilities of the industrial systems team.
• Ensure technical, administrative, and budgetary oversight for projects from the design phase through full implementation, focusing on achieving performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor industrialization activities to achieve targeted investments, successful equipment ramp-up, and manage post-implementation reviews.
• Oversee project management activities related to Manufacture & Develop business processes, ensuring project goals, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Monitoring, notification and risk mitigation plans for Software obsolescence issues

Education and/or Experience
• BSIE, BSME, or Systems Engineering related technical degree required plus 2 to 3 years experience or related experiences..
Knowledge/Skills
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) project management in an industrial setting - Advanced
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project and MS Excel – Expert
• Power BI - Basic
• Knowledge of digital transformation, business process integration, and industrial information systems (PLM, ERP, MES, etc.) - Advanced
• Ability to coordinate multi-site and cross-functional projects - Advanced
• Organizational, analytical, and communication skills - Expert
