Job Description

The Industrialization Leader in SAESA Shop has the mandate to contribute to corporate goals by ensuring the implementation and follow-up of the applicable industrialization procedures, securing schedule milestones, complying with processes, methodologies & objectives towards his/her team and the quality system. Finally, providing guidance and aid to his/her team in a cost reduction and innovation mindset.

The leader has the mandate to plan, assure and track personnel development through GPEC matrix according to the needs of the team.

Job Requirements

Aeronautical Engineering / Industrial Engineering with MRO / Aerospace background is desirable

The industrialization Leader has the following responsibilities:

To be compliant with Industrialization processes

To ensure industrialization milestones are reached as per planning Schedule

To ensure accurate industrialization status reporting (Schedule, milestones, Cost, ROI of the repair, etc.)

To develop new processes and industrialization parts repair in accordance with the business plan

To ensure profitability of new implemented processes

To encourage his/her staff members to report any event that have or may have an impact on Safety and/or Quality

Encourage the team towards a Continuos Improvement Mindset
