Purpose of the job

To support the HR function with analysis of job roles and salary data to create job bandings for some functions within the business and look at career paths internally

Key Objectives

• Job description analysis to check up to date

• Analysis of market rates for roles

• Create salary bandings for roles

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the HR team to understand the organisation and job roles

• Work with line managers to check the JD's are accurate and uptodate

• Work with line managers to set grades or bands in a structured way

• Obtain market data and do analysis to recommend appropriate salary structure in each department

• Look at potential career paths within SHE UK
