Job description
• Process a monthly payroll for employees, ensuring the accuracy and the welfare payment is made on time.
• Administering the probationary review periods to ensure all employees are reviewed on time.
• Support to request username, password, email and LN user management for newcomers and resignations including return IT assessment to IT department.
• Process & Provide report to social security, provident fund, student loan fund, bank loan.
• Support employee uniforms, employee lockers, employee parking for on boarding program.
• Support employee certificate, basket for employee, flower wreath.
• Responsible for Managing the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual long service awards program.
• Ensuring all employee's profiles and data are properly filed both in the HR system and filing system, are up to date.
• Generating a weekly, monthly and yearly internal HR related reports
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding pay and benefits systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
• Support to facilitate the Performance Development Review (PDR) process.
• Responsible for managing the employee resignation process and ensuring timely.
Candidate skills & requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Arts or any related fields
• Minimum one year experience in Human Resources Management and a at least two year experience in processing of monthly payroll
• Knowledge of Thai Labour Laws, Labour protection Act.
• Able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of MS Office program, able to use payroll program
