Job description

• Managing the shift at the receiving/dispatching workstation

• Managing and supervising the work of subordinates (approx. 10–12 people)

• Coordinating the team's workload

• Handling non-standard/urgent situations

• Ensuring compliance with best practices (5S, occupational safety and health, order, and hygiene standards in the assigned area)

• Responsibility for adhering to procedures (FIFO, material storage, packaging, and warehousing)

• Reporting on team activities (QRQC)

• Organizing and leading daily meetings for subordinate employees

• Submitting proposals for changes within your department to your supervisor

• Adjusting subordinates' attendance records

• Performing transactions in the ERP system

Candidate skills & requirements

• High school education (finished)

• Experience with leading a team

• Previous experience working in a warehouse (receiving/shipping)

• English at an advanced level (at least)

• Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks

• Class B driver's license

• Independence, responsibility, results-oriented

• Attention to detail, organizational skills

• Proficient PC user (Word, Excel, information systems)

• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
