Job Description

Managing and organizing a team of assemblers

Working in a 2-shift operation

Responsible for the execution of the production plan within the available resources and their effective use

Supervising the compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety

Reporting the performance of indicators and data management in MS Excel and ERP system (LN)

Maintaining the required level of product quality and ensuring that the quality policy is understood and applied by subordinates

Dealing with random events

Graduation/Secondary education

Experience in a position related to team management in a manufacturing company
