Job Description

The Front Office Tooling Engineer is responsible for the calibration, maintenance, and management of tooling and measurement test equipment. This role ensures that all operational tools are available, in optimal condition, and accurately calibrated.

Complementary Description

· 
Ensure that all measurement tools and equipment required by operations are available, in good condition, and correctly calibrated.

· 
Manage the calibration process of measurement instruments with external calibration laboratories to ensure compliance with industry standards.

· 
Avoid the risk of using incorrectly calibrated tools, which can lead to quality issues.

· 
Maintain and update the spare parts inventory, including analysis, inventory updates, and requisitions for measurement equipment.

· 
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve measurement-related issues.

· 
Perform duties in strict compliance with client and authority requirements, as well as the Quality Assurance System.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

· 
In-depth understanding of calibration techniques and standards.

· 
Proficiency in maintenance management systems.

· 
Knowledge in Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

· 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· 
Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems.
