Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for some monthly end closing controlling topics.
• Directly supervise and mentor other members of the team, including delegating responsibilities as needed and periodically reviewing performance.
• Manage some topics related to building the budget, 5 year plan, weekly forecast and reporting.
• Ensure Margin at Term contracts and renewed cost per hour contract margins are updated accurately and on time.
• Produce margin analysis and margin by segment analysis reports.
• Manage monthly reconciliations and analysis on manufacturing variances.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliations of IFRS revenue accounts, expenses, inventory and other as needed.
• Monthly analysis of internal cost per hour and assist operational departments in analyzing hourly rates to develop action plans to improve.
• Frequent interaction with other departments, leadership and the finance team at SHE France.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
• Five to ten+ years related experience and/or training in Finance.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred
• Expert in Excel and in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.
• Experience coaching and training team members and delegating responsibilities.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 preferred.
• Strong understand of accounting processes and procedures.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with other departments and within teams.
