Job Description
The Financial analyst duties and responsibilities are:
•To participate and support the monthly closing process for controlling topics.
•Maintain monthly analysis on G&A expenses and provide reporting to top management.
•Maintain monthly reconciliations of all inventory accounts and assist materials management team in analyzing inventory to ensure balance is accurate and properly assessed to avoid excess inventory.
•Contribute to building the budget, 5 year plan, weekly forecast and reporting.
•Produce margin analysis and margin by segment analysis reports.
•Oversee cycle counts performed by materials management.
•Maintain monthly reconciliations and analysis on manufacturing variances.
•Monthly analysis of internal cost per hour and assist operational departments in analyzing hourly rates to develop action plans to improve.
•Frequent interaction with other departments and the finance team at SHE France.
•Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
Required Competencies; Education/Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:
•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university.
•Or two to five+ years related experience and/or training.
•Expert Excel and functional in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.
•Strong financial analysis skills.
•Strong attention to detail, deadlines, accuracy, and data integrity.
•Interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with other departments and within teams.
