Currently, our new facility, HanSafran, is being built on approximately 6,000 square meters, emphasizing our principles of growth and sustainability. With the use of solar panels, a green roof, and an energy-efficient heating and cooling system, we aim to operate climate-neutrally at Nordport in Norderstedt. And now it is your turn to join us!

The Field Representative is the Safran Helicopter Engines focal point at the customer's premises. He provides daily direct operational support service to the customers as part of the contractual framework.

Your mission:

As Field Representative you assist the customer to ensure the operational serviceability of Safran equipment in compliance with safety and airworthiness instructions. It is your responsibility to create and maintain a privileged customer relationship. Furthermore, you actively contribute and take part in the introduction and deployment of services and entries into service of products.

Your responsibilities:

* Provide dedicated local technical support and assist the customer to guarantee the quality of the maintenance and optimize removals
* Support the customer in his daily activities and contribute to the continued operation of its engines
* Ensure that the level of assets is properly sized to fulfill the requirement of the contract
* Identify and provide advice to the customer on the availability of resources required to conduct maintenance: consumables, spare parts, tooling, personnel qualification and training
* Assist the customer in the planning and implementation of the maintenance plan to ensure compliance
* Ensure clear and effective communication between the customer and Safran Helicopter Engines Germany.
* Contribute to the product and service improvement and to the contract profitability

Desired profile

Your skills & qualifications:

* Hold a recognized High School certificate followed by further education with specialization in aeronautics or an aeronautical military school evidenced by the appropriate certificate
* Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the field of aeronautical maintenance for complex components, such as engine/APU including 24 months of successful experience working in the field of gas turbine maintenance or repair, and/or as customer technical support interface and/or at international level are desirable
* Good technical knowledge of helicopter airframes and knowledge of their main components and operation of Safran Helicopter engines is desirable
* A Part 66 license is of advantage
* Fluent in English (between B2 and C1 (CEFR) or 785 and 945 (TOEIC))
* Excellent ability to analyze and summarize information
* Good communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Travel requirement 30%
