Job description

Communication with carriers

Preparation of documents for customs procedures in export, import and economic regimes

Clearance of shipments at the customs office

Communication with customs officers

Processing of Intrastat statistics

Candidate skills & requirements

At least secondary education

Experience as a customs agent is an advantage

Basic knowledge of customs legislation is an advantage

Computer skills (MS Word + Excel at an advanced level)

Knowledge of Helios Cla IQ software (an advantage)

Knowledge of English at least at a slightly advanced level

Driving license category B - active driver

Reliability, willingness and desire to learn new things
