Customer Support Business Apprenticeship

Starting Salary: £17,922

Starting Date: September 2025

Entry Requirements: Minimum of 5 GCSEs with a Grade C/5 or above in Maths, English and Science (or predicted for 2025). Please ensure this information is clearly listed in your application.

The Customer Support Apprenticeship Programme:

As part of your apprenticeship, you will complete:

Your apprenticeship will follow a structured Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

This will be delivered at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College. You will also spend time in other departments on placement rotations to support your individual training needs according to your Development Plan.

The qualification will provide you with practical skills in various customer focussed, business administration topics which will include project management and relationship management.

.What do I need?

You will have a keen interest in science and engineering and be able to demonstrate a

methodical and thorough approach to work.

You will possess excellent problem solving abilities.

The role of apprentice will require you to be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will be a motivated, hardworking individual with excellent planning and organisational skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own will be key to your success.

Successful candidates will need to have achieved, or expect to achieve at least 5 GCSE's - including Math and English - Grade A-C or 5-9, Science and a technology.

Time shared between the Safran Landing Systems Services site and the Training Providers site, both located in Gloucester
