Job description
We are seeking a driven and analytical Continuous Improvement Engineer with approximately three years of hands-on experience leading process optimization initiatives. In this role, you will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven methodologies to enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and strengthen overall efficiency across our organization. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and root‑cause analysis tools.

Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
·
Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping sessions, and problem‑solving workshops.
·
Develop and implement standardized work procedures, visual management tools, and performance metrics.
·
Partner with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive cross‑functional improvements.
·
Monitor project outcomes to ensure long‑term sustainability and alignment with business goals.
·
Support training and coaching efforts to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.
·
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and results to leadership.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
·
Approximately 3 years of experience in a continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence role.
·
Working knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
·
Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and KPI development.
·
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
·
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytical tools.
·
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (required).
