Overall management of the Walton site's continuous improvement activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Help support the Continuous Improvement approach within the site
o Co-lead BSC events and projects
o Assist IMP process audits
o Manage site reporting of Continuous Improvement related KPI's
o Co-lead site and Corporate CI events
o Support Participative Innovation Program
o Assist coaching of One Safran projects
o Support the growth of the belt approach within the site
• Support Lean Methodologies and Tools
o Support the deployment of some of SLS and Safran methodologies, tools and good practices (FOD, Human factors, Poka Yoke…)
o Support departments adopting 5S
o Assist the deployment of QRQC within the site
o Support Kaizen Events by leading the facilitation of some GB tools.
• Perform other related duties as required
