• CMM inspection

Content 内容

• programming on CMM installation

• analysis and understand all relevant technical requirements of drawing and other technical documents

• basing on the technical requirements and actual conditions, make proper measurement and inspection scheme, and generate guiding and supporting documents (e.g. training material, working instruction, recording form etc.)

• provide training and routine supports for on-site operators / inspectors, to make sure they can master the correct measure and inspection method

• perform technical definition, acceptance and routine management for relevant tooling, equipment and material

• draft, check and issue measurement and inspection reports

• make technical decision and provide technical support in relevant process scope

• other mission arranged by the company

Job Requirements

Degree 学历/学力

• bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical design manufacture or similar field

Technical skill 技术能力

• be capable to program on CMM machine independently

• be capable to program in Quidos system

• be familiar with marking and description for GD&T in engineering drawing and technical documents

• be capable to perform CMM inspection independently

Experience and background 经验和背景

• Independent programming experiences on:

a. must: including NIKON-LK / Wenzel / Hexagon

b. specially preferred: NIKON-LK

c. specially preferred: CMM machine with rotary table

• backgrounds in aircraft and automotive industry preferred

• previous working experience: over 3 years

• serious and rigorous work habits

• willing of autonomous and continuous learning

Software ability 软件能力

• NIKON / LK / Wenzel / Hexagon software

Language ability 语言能力

• be capable to perform oral communication, read and edit documents in technical scope in English
