Job Description

Guarantee Quality, Safety and continuous improvement within your daily activities.

Ensures compliance with Customer Requirements and ensures Quality and HSE requirements and policies

Ensure compliance with the activities assigned according to the plan (PAC / MPS)

Guarantee that equipment and tools are in good service conditions, within calibration, and perform periodic inspection before use (autonomous maintenance).

Keep the parts without metal-metal contact, ensure the protection and protection of the engine parts upon entry, during and at the end of the repair as well as their correct identification at all times

Load and ensure the correct recording of your horoquartz times according to the tasks assigned to you daily, as well as the full day and report to the supervisor any anomaly that is detected in your loads

Ensure that material that has an expiration date is within the limits before use.

Maintain the work area clean and orderly.

Ensure that at the end of the shift the work in progress is documented to ensure continuity of work

Support and ensure that the IGP - 5's - Spot audit – QRQC audit plan actions are completed.

Support the supervisor and coordinator in delegated tasks

Confirm all tasks carried out each time their execution is completed.

Keep the CPs in order and report any expiration anomalies, non-readable labels, non-legible security codes.

Ensure that all work is carried out with quality in a timely manner according to applicable procedures.

Support other areas when low workloads

FOD protocol applies when there is the presence of a lost object

Ensure the registration of pending and in-process tasks in the corresponding area

Create Andon, MP Dinamo Maint, NC's tickets to support areas as applicable.

Update your intervention log book for the purpose of habilitations in roster.

Participation in 8D's and RPO investigations

Support the brigades with order and discipline in any event

Support the required extemporaneous production.

Support audits of Customers and Aeronautical Authorities

Ensure the correct segregation of material by SPM in the reception racks.

Verify the information on the parts documentation before entering them for processing.

Knowledge and understanding WI - SO'S overall condition procedure associated with Airworthiness directives and service bulletins
