• Champion the professional and personal growth of your team through structured development plans and mentoring.

• Ensure every technical solution is fit for purpose, compliant with processes, and meets the highest quality.

• Define and compile Work Package Specifications that set the direction for your team's success.

• Oversee offload activities, ensuring schedules and costs stay on track while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

• Work closely with functional management to secure the right resources and skills to keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Bring

• Aerospace Experience - You've worked in a complex engineering environment and understand the challenges of delivering complex projects.

• Leadership potential – You enjoy guiding others and have experience managing or coordinating people.

• Proven results – You can show examples of successful engineering projects you've contributed to.
