Job description
• Responsible for process initiating and improvement, to guarantee process robustness (include but not only for implementation of SPC, POKA-YOKE etc.).
• Responsible for process and tooling training to operators (theoretical and practical).
• Responsible for investments technical specifications, machine/tooling receptions for technical purpose.
• Responsible for piloting process risk analysis (PFMEA, ergonomics, human factor, FOD, etc.).
• Responsible for emergency in process trouble-shooting/investigation and define corrective and preventive action plan.
• Responsible for piloting process improvement related projects, working on implementation of actions.
• Guarantee the compliance of process toward to customer specification and applicable international standard, support OSAC, AS9100, POA and other external and internal audit, and work on corrective and preventive action of NCR detected during the audit.
• Technical support for other process related requests.
• Define the layout of the Workshop for process improvement projects.
Candidate skills & requirements
• Bachelor or above degree in material / mechanical engineering.
• Strong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledge
• Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.).
• Quick leaning capability, project management spirit, good teamwork, risk awareness, quality and innovation spirit.
• Skilled in Office Software and CAD/3D modeling Software
• Good oral and written communication skills with English.
