Job description
Description of the Project:
Support for MRO Quality Department in scope of quality assurance.
Subject 1. Human factor in the MRO Organisation
Subject 2. FOD standard - organization improvement
Subject 3. Workstation audits - IT tool improvement (If the candidate has knowledge of Excel - macro / Visual Basic)
Substantive scope of the project:
Subject 1.
·
Identify common Human Factors in aviation
·
Identify Human Factors in MRO STSP
·
Elaboration of interactive training for MRO staff (e-learning)
Subject 2.
·
Analyse current FOD rules
·
Proposing new preventing solutions
·
Implementation of dedicated solutions
·
Elaboration of FOD instructions & visualisations
But what else? (advantages, specificities, etc.)
Scope of knowledge that the student will acquire during the internship:
·
Practical experience in Maintenance Organization.
·
Extensive knowledge of the human factor in aviation.
·
Methods used for human factor elimination.
·
FOD in workshop practise.
Candidate skills & requirements
·
English language (polish would be nice)
·
Ability to independently search for solutions that can improve the process.
·
Software Knowledge: Excel, Power Point - macro / Visual Basic or alternative software for interactive presentations.
