Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable RH du site, vous interviendrez en support sur l'ensemble des missions RH déployées sur le site. Vous serez notamment en charge du suivi des contrats, vous participerez à la saisie des éléments variables pour la paye (absences, primes...etc.) et assisterez l'équipe RH dans leurs missions quotidiennes.

Vous piloterez et/ou participerez à des projets d'amélioration des processus du service RH.

Complementary Description

L'apprentissage s'effectuera sur un site de production, ce qui implique une immersion dans un environnement industriel dynamique où vous serez en contact direct avec les équipes de production et les réalités opérationnelles du terrain.

Job Requirements

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau bac+4/5 en gestion des Ressources Humaines.

Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes rigoureux(se), sérieux(se), adaptable et savez prendre des initiatives.

Vous êtes autonome et avez l'esprit d'équipe.

Vous maîtrisez le pack Office
