Job description

Au sein de l'équipe RH en charge des relations sociales vos missions seront :

·  - Apporter une expertise et un conseil aux opérationnels en matière de relations individuelles et collectives du travail.

·  - Être en support de l'équipe RH dans la gestion quotidienne des dossiers

·  - Participer à la gestion des contentieux

·  - Participer et apporter une expertise juridique à la mise en place de projets opérationnels

·  - Contribuer à la préparation des réunions de négociation

·  - Participer à l'animation du dialogue social (préparation des réunions CSE)

·  - Suivre les différentes évolutions législatives, règlementaires et conventionnelles susceptibles d'impacter l'entreprise en matière de droit social et être force de proposition.

·  - Déterminer et suivre le calendrier social

·  - Assurer une veille juridique

·  - Participer à la mise en place de projets RH pour l'entreprise
