Job Description

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Formation société, vous prendrez en charge le déploiement d'actions de formation du site de Colombes (1 200 salariés), en particulier celles liées aux parcours d'intégration, et celles liées à la réglementation SSE et aéronautiques.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené à :

· 
Suivre la réalisation du plan de formation ;

· 
Planifier et organiser les actions de formation ;

· 
Prendre en charge les formalités administratives (gestion des

salles, convocations, suivi dans le SIRH...) ;

· 
Mettre à jour et suivre les indicateurs de suivi de la formation sur le site de Colombes ;

· 
Intéragir avec les interlocuteurs externes (formateurs, OPCO…)

· 
Suivre les habilitations SSE et qualité du personnel

Selon l'actualité du service, d'autres missions pourront éventuellement vous être confiées.

Job Requirements

Vous préparez un Bac+3 ou Bac+5 de types 3ème année de BUT ou Master orienté dans le domaine des ressources humaines.
