Job description



Au sein du Département Ressources Humaines de la société Safran Transmission Systems, vous aurez pour principales missions :

DÉVELOPPEMENT RH

·  - participation à différents projets RH portant sur : la gestion de carrière, la formation et la GPEC
·  - l'organisation de différents événements RH (diversité et relations écoles)
·  - la réalisation d'actions de communication RH en interne
·  - l'aide à la préparation des audits internes et externes

DEPLOIEMENT FORMATIONS SSE

·  - recueil des besoins
·  - planification des inscriptions en collaboration avec les Managers
·  - Inscriptions
·  - Gestion administrative des dossiers de formation
·  - reporting
·  - participation à des projets d'amélioration (réduction absentéisme, etc.)

RELATIONS ECOLES

·  - Sourcing et entretiens de recrutement
·  - Gestion des dossiers administratifs et accueil des nouveaux stagiaires et apprentis
·  - Suivi des indicateurs de budget et de déploiement des campagnes

DONNÉES SOCIALES

·  - la réalisation du bilan social
·  - la réalisation du bilan égalité hommes/femmes
·  - l'élaboration des présentations relatives aux bilans RH De manière générale et fonction de l'actualité RH, les missions de l'apprenti(e) pourront s'enrichir en cours d'année.
