Job description



·  - Assister les vendeurs ou rédacteurs contrat dans le suivi des contrats de vente (suivi auprès du client, suivi du circuit de signature interne).
·  - Rédiger les courriers pour envoi des contrats aux clients
·  - Etablir, suivre et archiver les Pouvoirs pour signature de contrats
·  - Assurer le suivi administratif des accords pour transfert de garanties et les relations avec les cabinets d'avocats (envoi des documents à signer par mail, contrats papiers par DHL)
·  - Gérer les entrées dans les portails clients (création des clients, nouveaux contrats et activations de droits)
·  - Suivre et mettre à jour les bases de données relatives aux contrats (contrathèque)
·  - Suivre le chrono des offres commerciales

Candidat motivé, volontaire autonome, rigoureux et organisé sachant faire preuve de discrétion. Des qualités rédactionnelles sont indispensables pour pouvoir rédiger des courriers et répondre aux emails. Une maîtrise correcte de l'anglais écrit est souhaitable.
