Job description
- Provide technical support, including new procedure programming, debugging, installation, configuration, upgrades, and custom-built applications for end users by phone and / or e-mail on the SAGEM Flight Data Analysis Software AGS, CASSIOPEE Services, and ACMS/GSE.
- Promptly response support related email, phone calls, or other electronic medium
- New procedure programming, debugging, customization, configuration
- Develop, debug, and test new custom-built applications
- Beta test and troubleshoot AGS/GSE software
- Provide on-site technical support and training
- Provide support to Sales personnel in product demonstrations
- Define goals and objectives to improve customer satisfaction
- Understand technical specification documentation for dataframe development
- Identify problems, root cause, and provide or recommend solutions by phone, email, or through a remote support tool.
- Divulging of confidential and/or sensitive information could lead to damage to the reputation and/or competitive posture of the corporation. Errors may lead to high risk or major damage to the organization resulting in the need to reconstruct the entire team effort.

Candidate skills & requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer, Aerospace Engineer or equivalent; or 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical / programming field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer technical support
- Knowledge of C, Java, C++, Visual Basic, C#, PHP, or Python.
- General understanding of windows operating system and networking
- Knowledge of .NET framework a plus
- Knowledge of SQL a plus.
- Knowledge of GitHub a plus
- Aviation / Avionics knowledge a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
